Lately I've been helping out/working with Leon and Megan of Market Studio Kitchen, a non-profit organization located in Detroit's Eastern Market. I—along with many others—helped prep for the benefit that took place this past Saturday, which entailed a silent auction with artwork from notable national and international artists, followed by dinner consisting of a 60+ lb. donated pig and locally sourced food from the Market.
