Limoncello Mint-ade

1.5 oz pallini limoncello | 1 oz hendricks | .5 oz fresh lemon juice | 2 oz pellegrino | mint leaves

Combine lemon juice and mint in a mixing glass and gently muddle. Add remaining ingredients except the club soda. Add ice, shake and strain over fresh ice in a high ball glass. Top with a splash of pellegrino or club soda and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig. Enjoy.
